• Top 10 FitX 2013 IFBB Bikini
What are your goals and what keeps you motivated?
My short term goals are to improve my general shape with particular focus on my shoulders and glutes. Long term I am aiming to compete at an international level.
What advice would you give someone getting started?
Listen to one persons opinion and focus on your own journey. Never doubt your capabilities. Before I started competing I had no idea I would end up where I am today.
Favourite healthy recipe:
Brown rice salmon and avocado sushi
With my mid day meal I will have a serving of BeautyFit BeautyGreens and sometimes I'll double up having another one later in the day.
Supps during off season
Off season supps generally stay the same although I might change my proteins up. I love BNRG Proto Whey Vanilla Creme!! I also add in Dymatize Casein Chocolate flavour for my last meal or my favorite thing to do is eat it with raw oats, mashed banana, berries and a dash of natural yogurt for breakfast!!
