Weight training for just over year and loving every moment of it!
How long have you been competing for and what are your competition achievements?
I haven’t competed in the fitness industry…..YET ;) I have been competing in bikini modelling for 2 years now and over my journey have been crowned Miss Australian Swimsuit 2013, been featured in calenders such as Wet N Wild 2014 Calender, Australian Swimsuit Calender 2014, and publications such as Perth Street Car Magazine & most recently I have a 2 page feature in this month’s Australian Ironman Bodybuilding & Fitness Magazine.
What are your goals and what keeps you motivated?
My goal is to be a role model, and to educate & inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle & help others to achieve their goals, there is no better feeling than knowing YOU are part of the reason behind peoples success stories and why they started in the first place. The thing that keeps me motivated is the people I surround myself with, they are always so supportive and have helped me in more ways than they know to help me get where I am today.
What advice would you give someone getting started?
STAY POSITIVE & FOCUSED. Make sure you surround yourself with positive and supportive people from the start that will always help to encourage you to reach your goals & pay no mind to all the negativity and hate from others.
What are your Favourite Supplements?
My top picks would be my Aminolast, Pharmagreens, Alphamine, and the new oxyelite protein.

What are your Favourite Supplements? Today there is a HUGE range of Supps on the market, but I always have my favs :P
The first is my protein - UPSlabs Oxyelite Protein in vanilla. Since this product has come out I have been slightly obsessed! I love that this is a lean protein and it also tastes AMAZING (Like candy to be precise, so if you have a sweet tooth like me you will love this!). I will usually have a shake post workout or after dinner if I'm still hungry and if I'm on the go I always carry a scoop in a shaker with me just in case. One of the things I do often with this protein as it mixes great is to mix it with water (to make a thick paste) and use it as a sauce on my protein pancakes or with some jellylite or even just coat it on some strawberries and freeze, the options are endless! Hence why this is one of my fav Supps as you can use it in forms other than a typical shake.
Next favourite supp is my Pre workout/fat burner - Alphamine. The thing i love most about this product is that is specifically targets fat not muscle! two thumbs up there!! There is no crash whatsoever and it still gives me that extra boost of energy to help me power through my workout. Ill either have this first thing in the morning or 30 mins prior to training in the afternoon. I have tried both flavours, Fruit punch & raspberry lemonade and I love them both, So I like to switch flavours everytime I need a new tub to mix it up.
My next supp is Gaspari Nutrition Aminolast. I take this intra-workout and you only need one scoop, no need to mega dose. 1 scoop contains a high dose of BCAA's, peptide amino acids, and anti-cramping electrolytes .... So basically it helps rid your muscle of waste product that cause fatigue. Im a huge fan of the watermelon or strawberry/kiwi flavour.
Next supp on my favourites list is PHD Pharmagreens. It is a great source of all of your essential antioxidants, herbs, vitamins, nutrients & enzymes. So if you know your not getting all of your nutrients from your diet I strongly suggest getting this for your general well being & health.
